Dear Parents:

If you are interested in driving and chaperoning for our annual bowling trip on Friday, February 12, please let me know as soon as possible.  We will eat lunch at school and then leave for the bowling alley (Longshot Lanes) at 12:30.  We have all of the lanes reserved until 3:00.  Students may either be picked up at the bowling alley at 3:00 or at the school at 3:30.  If you are going to pick your child(ren) up at the bowling alley, please let me know that ahead of time.

The students will be exchanging Valentine cards during the afternoon of Thursday, February 11.  I have attached a list of the students in order to help you make sure that everyone gets a Valentine card.  You may send in treats to be passed out also if you wish; it is not required!

The only other event of interest is the February junior high dance.  The dance is scheduled for Friday, February 26 at the Huron Area Learning Center beginning at 7:00 and ending at 9:00.  The dance is open to any current rural school student in the 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th grades.
