Eccles
School began teaching students in the fall of 1886. The land was
first owned by Mr. & Mrs. William Stafford. The land was later
transferred to Mary Smith and then deeded to the Eccles School for
the sum of $1.00. Forty-eight teachers have taught at the Eccles
School. Our Student population has ranged from seven in 1990-1991
to a high of 61 in 1905-1906. In 2003-2004 Eccles School had 27
Students. We currently have 16 students. |

It's already December! Wow! Time is flying by quickly!
This month will be filled with preparations for our Christmas Program
which will be held on Thursday, December 22nd at 10:30am and 7:30pm.
We will also be traveling to the Group Christmas Program and the
Harbor House! Remember to bring snowpants, boots, hats, and gloves to school everyday. Be sure to label everything as well. First day back from Christmas vacation will be Tuesday, January 3rd. Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!
